Your Tasks:
Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

• Provide first line support for any technical issues and problems related to computer systems, hardware, and software
• Get involved in the automated configuration and smooth operation of our ever-growing fleet of Linux and Windows Workstations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot outages
• Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
• Test new software and hardware configuration

Your Profile:
You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

• Proven experience as a service desk agent, IT technician, or other customer support role
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux-based operating systems
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Experience with remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Very good communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
• Dedication and team spirit
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to document technical information
